These terms govern how payments for locksmith services are processed, including accepted payment methods, due dates, and late fees. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

1. Payment Methods

Dubai Key Master accepts the following payment methods for our locksmith services:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment (via secure payment gateways)

We ensure that all transactions are secure and confidential, and we use trusted payment processors to handle online payments.

2. Payment Due Date

Payment for locksmith services is due upon completion of the service. In cases of large-scale projects or emergency services, an advance payment may be required before the service begins. The remaining balance will be due immediately after the service is rendered.

For key duplication and emergency lockout services, full payment is expected before we leave the premises.

3. Pricing & Estimates

All prices for our locksmith services are quoted upfront. We will provide an estimate for the requested service, and the final price will depend on the complexity of the task. Additional charges may apply for emergency callouts, after-hours services, or if additional materials are required.

4. Late Payments

If payment is not made on the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee. The following late payment terms apply:

  • A 5% late fee will be applied for payments made after the due date.
  • For payments that remain overdue for more than 30 days, we may suspend services until full payment is received.
  • If a payment is overdue for 60 days or more, the account will be handed over to a collection agency for recovery, and the customer will be responsible for any associated collection fees.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best locksmith services in Dubai. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, we offer the following refund policy:

  • If a service is deemed unsatisfactory due to negligence or error on our part, a full refund will be issued upon review.
  • If a service has been performed as requested and the customer changes their mind, no refund will be provided.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service being completed.

6. Service Charges

In addition to the service cost, the following charges may apply based on the type of locksmith service:

  • Emergency Call-Out Fee: For services required outside of regular business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or during weekends and public holidays.
  • Key Duplication Fee: Charged per key type and complexity.
  • Travel Fee: Applicable if the service location is outside of our standard service area.

7. Changes to Payment Terms

Dubai Key Master reserves the right to change the payment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer, and the updated terms will apply to services provided after the update. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to stay informed.
